A RAVER'S GUIDE TO WELLNESS - SERIES 1
The show has a kind of podcast feel in that for the first 10 or 15 minutes I chat about some sort of "life hack", a topic usually centred around psychology or spirituality. Occasionally I will invite a guest, the show is also an opportunity to hear some stories from my life journey. After sharing what's on my mind there is a 45 minute more downtempo, groovy DJ mix.
